- 1 tablespoon Tamarind pulp (Soaked in 2 tbsp warm water)
- 1 small (finely sliced) Green chili (Mild or spicy as per taste)
- 1/2 teaspoon Mustard seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt (To taste)
- 6 leaves Curry leaves (Karapincha)
- 1/4 teaspoon Red chili powder (Optional for heat) - optional
- 1 teaspoon Coconut oil (Cold-pressed)
- 1/2 cup Water (As needed for consistency)
